Our beef is 21-30 day dry aged beef. Which creates a very favorable taste as well as tenderness. Our beef is high quality meat raised with great care and respect.
Pork
Our pigs are raised happy, healthy and unconfined with plenty of room to roam with fresh air. This directly impacts the quality (both flavor and nutrition) of the pork they produce.

About
Montross Family Meats
We are a 3rd generation farm located in Iowa. We are family operated with our 2 children. We have our cow/calf operation, few pigs to use for our business as well as a backgrounding feedlot that we raise for other customers. We also produce corn, beans, hay and rye which goes back into the cattle we raise. We care for our animals as a family and enjoy raising our family on our farm.
